Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel renewal at any time in account settings or the Stripe portal, without giving reasons. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: paid functions stay available until then, then the plan does not renew. Cancelling mid-period does not give a pro-rata refund of fees already invoiced. Mandatory consumer rights in the Terms are not limited.

How do monthly credits work?

1 credit is 1 analysed character, per detector. A subscription’s monthly allowance refreshes at the start of each billing cycle; unused monthly allowance does not carry over and is not paid back in money. One-off purchased credits do not expire. Re-running the same unchanged text within 24 hours does not use extra credits.

Are my documents safe?

Accepted Answer

Submitted text is stored in your account history. We do not use it to train models, we do not sell it, and we do not put it in a plagiarism database. Deleting your account deletes your texts. We never see your card number; Stripe handles payment. Details are in the Privacy Notice.

Question 4

Is there an educator or institutional discount?

Accepted Answer

For institutional or group use, contact us for a quote. Self-serve Canvas or Google Classroom integration, and a ready-made department licence pack, are not currently in the shop.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Payment is in advance via Stripe. The methods shown on the Stripe checkout (typically cards) are available. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.

Question 6

Do I get a refund if I disagree with the score?

Accepted Answer

The service is digital and performance starts immediately after the order. There is no refund for credits already used, for a period already elapsed, or on the ground that the score did not meet expectations. Consumer withdrawal and any discretionary refund are set out in the Terms.
